Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Times (USA)
Average delivery time is 5–12 business days once the parcel has been dispatched.

Carriers we work with: USPS, YunExpress, 4PX, Cainiao and other global partners.

Tracking
When your order ships you’ll receive a tracking number via e-mail. Track anytime on our Track Your Order page.

Delays
High season, customs checks, or severe weather may add a few extra days. Our support team is always here to help.

Wrong or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong product or something is missing, contact us within 48 hours at support@envastore.com.



🔄 Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility
• Item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Hygiene-sensitive items (cosmetics, intimate wear, etc.) cannot be returned unless defective.
• For “change of mind” returns, outbound and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged / Defective Products
If an item arrives damaged, e-mail photos to support@envastore.com within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Return Procedure
1. E-mail support@envastore.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll reply with the correct return address (sometimes our supplier’s US warehouse).
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
